Vivian Construction is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for our team, contractors, and the public adhering to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and other relevant guidelines. We utilise advanced tools like Procore for our health and safety management, facilitating daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections, and more. Our rigorous due diligence process ensures contractors meet stringent safety standards before beginning work. By integrating these practices, we uphold a secure environment for everyone involved in our projects, reflecting our unwavering commitment to health and safety.
Our Commitment to Quality
Vivian Construction prides itself on being a high-end quality construction company through a robust internal quality assurance system. Our inspections ensure that the correct build processes, as dictated by plans and specifications, are followed to a high standard. We implement and maintain a quality management system that conforms with AS/NZS ISO 9001 principles, regularly train employees on good QA practices, and strive to complete work correctly the first time to avoid rework costs. Before construction begins, a quality assurance schedule is created, listing all necessary QA checks. These records are maintained through Procore, our construction management software, which ensures compliance with procedural requirements and allows real-time modifications.
