Vivian Construction stripped back 100 years of re-modelling on an existing school building AT Blockhouse Bay Primary School, bringing it up to code with structural upgrades to the sub-floor foundation and external wall framing. 

This created a quiet but vibrant open plan learning space with acoustic Autex wall linings, colourful Hardy carpets and contemporary LED lighting suspended from the high pitched ceilings.
