Reflecting on our projects from Q4
As we wrap up the year, we're excited to share our Quarter 4 update.
Beginning in Auckland’s Ōrākei, the construction milestones are stacking up with timber frames in place, trusses are secured, roofs are underway, and we have started on Weatherline. We anticipate the installation of windows early in the New Year, marking a significant step towards commencing the first fix.
Meanwhile, we're thrilled to announce the successful completion and handover of Lake Road Lofts, with the Project Completion (PC) officially awarded.
Heading up north to Te Arai Links Clubhouse, we've made substantial progress. The shrink wrap has been removed, the roof is now in place, and windows have been installed, bringing us to a semi water-tight state. Simultaneously, at Te Arai Links Villas, two villas have been handed over, and an additional four villas are due for handover come April of this year.
