Vivian Construction was proud to work on the Oneoneroa project with Ngati Whatua Orakei. This large scale development spanned 2021 - 2022 and consisted of 29 new townhouses spread across three separable portions. Each home had a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedrooms that were primarily made from RibRaft slabs, timber framing and truss, and mixed cladding of brick and Nu-wall. 

With our vast experience and expertise, we were able to meet all the building requirements that were set out for Oneoneroa, working collaboratively with the client to create a beautiful and functional space.
