Ruatāhuna needed to reinvigorate the community and re-establish community living. Vivian Construction partnered with the local Iwi, Tuhoe, to deliver a new petrol station, Tribal Office, local shop, and café, along with several chalets to provide accommodation in this beautiful part of our country.

The Ruatāhuna Community Villageproject focused on sustainable building methods such a daylighting, solar power, rammed earth bricks, and locally sourced building materials.
